At Twisted Lily, we want you to discover your next signature scent with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your full-size fragrance purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused merchandise.

Return Process

• 1.
  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unopened, in its original cellophane wrapping, and was purchased within the last 30 days. Please note that discovery sets and individual samples are final sale.

• 2.
  Request a Return Authorization

  Contact our concierge team at support@twistedlily.com with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Fragrance

  Securely pack the item in its original shipping box with adequate cushioning to prevent breakage during transit. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus shipping costs, within 5-7 business days.
